Dean Horsman
A customer focussed, commercially minded, HRM/HRD PROFESSIONAL, with over 20 years proven planning, policy development, management, negotiation, organisational change and development skills. In addition, I have helped to develop management and leadership provision at a number of organisations through facilitating, designing and delivering workshops, seminars, focus groups and lectures. I am a qualified TMSDI Team Management Systems, EQi-2.0 & EQ360 assessor and ILM level 7 Corporate and Executive Coaching practitioner.
Phil Marsland
Phil Marsland with a single mission: to bring his experience and pragmatic approach to you, to really make a difference.
Phil doesn’t believe in so called best practice approaches to HR and Training. He believes in a people based approach specifically tailored to your needs and your business, right now, at this point in time.

Tony Jackson
An impactful, intuitive executive/leadership coach & facilitator and strategic HR/talent director. Highly experienced in influencing and operating at Board level and in adding value through my coaching practice as well as via interventions across the HR spectrum. I’ve been coaching leaders for over 15 years.
Cross-sector coaching and consulting experience in major brands in the management consulting, professional services, legal, IT and not-for-profit sectors and beyond. I have jointly or fully led the transformation of more than one HR /talent function.
